چکیده
هدف: در تحقیقات گذشته مشخص شده‌است که عوامل زیادی بر اشتها تاثیرگذارند. تمرینات ورزشی یکی از عواملی است که روی اشتها و به دنبال آن بر میزان انرژی دریافتی تاثیر می گذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر فعالیت ورزشی مقاومتی دایره ای با شدت های سبک، متوسط و سنگین بر میزان اشتها می باشد.
روش پژوهش: 8 مرد و 8 زن سالم به صورت داوطلبانه به عنوان آزمودنی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. فعالیت ورزشی با سه شدت سبک (30 تا 40 درصد 1RM)، متوسط (50 تا 60 درصد 1RM) و سنگین (80 تا 90 درصد 1RM) و در 6 حرکت پرس سینه، زیربغل، سرشانه، اسکات پا، پشت پا و ساق پا (در مدت90 دقیقه) انجام شد. اشتهای افراد پیش از فعالیت ورزشی، بلافاصله، 3 و سپس 6 ساعت پس از فعالیت ورزشی با مقیاس اندازه گیری آنالوگ بصری (VAS) ارزیابی شد. جهت تحلیل یافته ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری های مکرر و آزمون t استفاده شد. سطح معنی داری (05/0P

Abstract
Aim: The previous research has identified that many factors can affect appetite. Exercise is one of these factors that affect appetite and subsequent energy intake rate. This study aims to examine the effect of light, moderate and high intensities of circuit resistance exercise on the appetite.
Methods: 8 healthy men and 8 healthy women participated in this study as subjects voluntarily. Exercise activity with three intensity, light ( 30 to 40 % of 1RM), moderate (50 to 60 % 1RM) and high ( 80 to 90 % 1RM), and in six moves induding the bench press, armpits, shoulder, leg squat, back foot and leg (each session was 90 minutes) has performed.
