Milk has also been shown to be more satiating compared to carbohydrate drinks. Therefore the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of milk consumption following exercise on appetite  and energy intake in non-athlete females. Method: Eight healthy non-athlete women (aged 23.25±2.19 years, BMI 21.71±2.42 Kg/m2) volunteered to participate in this study. The Subjects attended the laboratory on three separate randomized trials (there were 3 weeks between trials) during their follicular phase. After consuming a standardized breakfast at 08:00 a.m, 30 minutes continuous exercise was conducted on the cycle ergometer at 65% of the subject’s heart rate reserve. In one trial, the effect of exercise and in the other two trials, the effect of exercise and consuming 600ml of low-fat milk or orange juice (276 Kcal), were investigated on appetite and energy intake. The subject’s energy intake were calculated 60 minutes after exercise or drink ingestion. Also appetite sensations (hunger, fullness, satiety and desire to eat) were assessed using visual analogue scale. Results: Absolute and relative energy intake were reduced significantly after consuming milk compared with two other trials (exercise,exercise+orange juice)(p<0.05). In addition, consuming milk after exercise in comparison with other trials, caused significant reduction in hunger and desire to eat and it also caused significant increase in fullness and satiety(p<0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that consuming milk could be useful for controlling the appetite after exercise. Moreover, it could be a part of the strategies for weight control programs.   }, keywords = {Aerobic Exercise,Appetite,Energy Intake,Milk}, title_fa = {اثر مصرف شیر پس از فعالیت ورزشی، بر اشتها و انرژی دریافتی در زنان غیرورزشکار}, abstract_fa = {هدف: وزن بدن از طریق تعادل بین انرژی دریافتی و انرژی مصرفی تنظیم می‌شود و مقدار کاهش وزن ناشی از ورزش، به اثر فعالیت ورزشی بر میزان غذای دریافتی بستگی دارد. همچنین نشان داده شده که شیر اثر سیری بخشی بیشتری نسبت به نوشیدنی‌های کربوهیدراتی دارد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثر مصرف شیر پس از فعالیت ورزشی، بر اشتها و انرژی دریافتی در زنان غیر ورزشکار انجام شد. روش‌شناسی: هشت زن سالم غیرورزشکار با میانگین سن 19/2±25/23 سال و شاخص توده‌ی بدن 42/2±71/21 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع به صورت داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها در فاز فولیکولی چرخه‌ی قاعدگی به صورت تصادفی در سه جلسه‌‌ی مجزا (به طور میانگین با فاصله‌ی سه هفته) و پس از صرف صبحانه‌ی استاندارد در ساعت 8 صبح‌، 30 دقیقه فعالیت پیوسته روی چرخ کارسنج با شدت 65 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره‌ی خود اجرا کردند. در یک آزمون، اثر فعالیت ورزشی به‌تنهایی و در دو آزمون دیگر، اثر فعالیت ورزشی و مصرف 600 میلی‌لیتر شیر کم چرب یا آب پرتقال (276کیلوکالری) بر اشتها و انرژی دریافتی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. انرژی دریافتی آزمودنی‌ها 60 دقیقه پس از فعالیت ورزشی به‌تنهایی یا مصرف نوشیدنی‌ها، ارزیابی شد. همچنین احساس اشتهای آزمودنی‌ها (گرسنگی، پری، سیری و میل به غذا) با مقیاس آنالوگ بصری اشتها (VAS) مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: انرژی دریافتی مطلق و نسبی پس از مصرف شیر، نسبت به دو آزمون فعالیت ورزشی به‌تنهایی و  مصرف آب پرتقال، به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت(05/0p<). همچنین مصرف شیر پس از فعالیت ورزشی، به‌طور معنی‌داری سبب کاهش احساس گرسنگی و میل به غذا و افزایش احساس پری و سیری، نسبت به دو آزمون دیگر شد(05/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد که شیر می‌تواند ابزار مفیدی برای کنترل اشتها پس از فعالیت ورزشی و همچنین بخشی از راهکارهای برنامه‌های کنترل وزن باشد.  }, keywords_fa = {اشتها,انرژی دریافتی,شیر,فعالیت ورزشی هوازی}, url = {https://jme.guilan.ac.ir/article_2316.html}, eprint = {https://jme.guilan.ac.ir/article_2316_e0ae3acc9f204ba77a492987c2dd6674.pdf} }
