تغییرات بیان ژن LXRα، GLUT2 کبدی و مقاومت به انسولین پس از تمرین هوازی در موش های نر دیابتی نوع 2
هدف: گیرنده ایکس آلفا در متابولیسم گلوکز نقش دارد. از طرف دیگر، انتقال گلوکز در کبد توسط انتقال دهنده شماره 2 گلوکز انجام می شود. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تغییرات بیان ژن های گیرنده ایکس آلفا، انتقال دهنده شماره 2 گلوکز کبدی و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین پس از 8 هفته تمرین هوازی در موش های صحرایی نر دیابتی نوع2 طراحی شد. روششناسی: هجده سر موش صحرایی نر 8 هفته ای (با میانگین و انحراف معیار وزنی 1/13±6/233 گرم) به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. موش ها با استفاده از داروی نیکوتین آمید و استرپتوزوتوسین دیابتی شدند. پنج روز پس از تزریق، تست دیابت با نوار قند خون انجام شد. موش های با سطح گلوکز 126-400میلی گرم/ دسی لیتر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. موش ها در دو گروه کنترل و تمرین قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرینی 8 هفته ای شامل دویدن با سرعت 10-25 متر/دقیقه، شیب 5%، به مدت 15-40 دقیقه و 5 جلسه در هفته بود. یافتهها: القای دیابت باعث افزایش وزن(001/0p=) موش ها شد. وزن عضله نعلی(001/0p=) و مقادیر هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله(000/0p=) در گروه تمرین بطور معنادار بیشتر و مقادیر گلوکز(0001/0p=)، انسولین(002/0p=) و شاخص مقاومت انسولینی(002/0p=) در گروه تمرین بطور معناداری کم تر بود. تفاوت معناداری در بیان ژن های انتقال دهنده گلوکز و گیرنده ایکس آلفا بین دو گروه پس از مداخله تمرینی مشاهده نشد. نتیجهگیری: به نظر می رسد 8 هفته تمرین هوازی با شدت 60-80 درصد VO2max می تواند تغییرات متابولیکی مثبت در موش های دیابتی نوع2 ایجاد کند اما در بیان ژن های انتقال دهنده گلوکز و گیرنده ایکس آلفا کبدی تغییری ایجاد نمی کند.

اثر تمرین هوازی قبل و بعد از وعده غذایی بر گرلین آسیل دار ناشتایی، انرژی دریافتی روزانه و هزینه انرژی یک جلسه فعالیت مردان دارای اضافه وزن
هدف: در این تحقیق تاثیر یک جلسه تمرین قبل و بعد از ناهار بر مقدار گرلین آسیلدار سرم، انرژی دریافتی روزانه و هزینه انرژی فعالیت مقایسه شد.
روششناسی: 30 مرد دارای اضافهوزن (با میانگین و انحراف معیار سن 54/3 ± 20/25 سال، شاخص توده بدنی 64/3 ± 96/27 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، وزن 80/5 ± 20/83 کیلوگرم) در یک طرح نیمهتجربی به شکل تصادفی به سه گروه ده نفری شامل تمرین قبل از ناهار، تمرین بعد از ناهار و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروههای تجربی به مدت هشت هفته (سه جلسه در هفته)، تمرین هوازی (25-40 دقیقه با شدت FATmax) را یک ساعت قبل ناهار و یا دو ساعت بعد از ناهار اجرا کردند. مقدار هزینه انرژی فعالیت، کالری دریافتی روزانه و گرلین آسیلدار ناشتایی سرمی در پاسخ به یک جلسه ورزش در پیش آزمون و پسآزمون، بهعنوان دادههای تحقیق اندازهگیری شدند.
یافتهها: یک جلسه تمرین قبل و یا بعد از ناهار، گرلین آسیلدار سرم (001/0 p≤)، هزینه انرژی یک جلسه فعالیت (001/0 p≤) و کل کالری دریافتی روزانه (003/0 p≤) (افزایش جبرانی در دریافت غذا که دستیابی به کاهش وزن مورد انتظار از تمرین را کمتر میکند) را افزایش میدهد. بااینحال، انجام تمرین قبل از ناهار، افزایش بیشتری در گرلین آسیلدار سرم (001/0 p≤) و هزینه انرژی یک جلسه فعالیت(001/0 p≤) ایجاد میکند.
نتیجهگیری: اگر هدف فقط کاهش اشتها باشد، به نظر میرسد که باید تمرین بعد از صرف غذا انجام شود و اگر هدف افزایش هزینه انرژی هر جلسه تمرین باشد، بهتر است تمرین قبل از صرف غذا انجام شود.

اثر فعالیت هوازی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر لاکتات، کورتیزول پلاسما و محتوای پروتئین PGC-1α عضله انسان
هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر فعالیت هوازی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون (BFR) بر لاکتات، کورتیزول پلاسما و محتوای پروتئین PGC-1α عضله بود.
روششناسی: پنج مرد سالم تمرین نکرده (با میانگین و خطای معیار سن: 02/1±4/33 سال؛ توده بدن: 69/4±64/79 کیلوگرم؛ قد: 02/9±4/173 سانتی متر؛ چربی بدن: 22/2±97/18 درصد) در دو وهله جداگانه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند: (1) فعالیت هوازی به همراه BFR شامل راه رفتن بر روی تردمیل با شدت 40% از توان هوازی بیشینه (VO2max) و (2) راه رفتن در شرایط مشابه بدون BFR (به عنوان کنترل). نمونه های بیوپسی عضلانی قبل و 3 ساعت پس از هر وهله فعالیت از عضله پهن جانبی برای تعیین بیان پروتئین PGC-1α گرفته شد، نمونه های خونی نیز قبل از فعالیت، بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت و 2 ساعت بعد فعالیت جهت بررسی تغییرات لاکتات و کورتیزول خون از سیاهرگ بازویی گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که محتوای پروتئین PGC-1α سه ساعت پس از یک وهله فعالیت هوازی با BFR به طور معنیداری در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش می یابد (05/0>P). لاکتات خون و کورتیزول در هیچ یک از نقطه های زمانی در گروه با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون افزایش معنیدار نشان ندادند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که در فعالیت هوازی با BFR، تحریک متابولیکی مکانیسمی برای تنظیم شبکه سیگنالی سلول جهت تحریک بایوژنز میتوکندری نیست. همچنین، بایوژنز میتوکندری یکی از مکانیسمهای احتمالی افزایش در توان هوازی به همراه تمرین با محدودیت جریان خون است.

اثر تمرین هوازی همراه با مصرف خیار تلخ بر برخی اینکرتینهای سرمی در مردان دیابتی نوع 2
هدف: در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 میزان اینکرتینها کاهش مییابد. اینکرتینها نقش مهمی در هموستاز گلوکز بازی میکنند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی همراه با مصرف خیار تلخ بر اینکرتین سرمی در مردان دیابتی نوع 2 میباشد.
روششناسی: در این مطالعه، 36 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 (سن 15/5 ± 08/53 سال، وزن 53/6 ± 08/78 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی 22/1 ± 22/26 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به چهار گروه (کنترل-آب، کنترل-خیار تلخ، کنترل-تمرین و تمرین+خیار تلخ) تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرین بهمدت هشت هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه (دویدن با شدت 40 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره و مدت 15 تا 45 دقیقه) در برنامه تمرینی هوازی فزاینده شرکت کردند. گروههای کنترل-خیار تلخ و تمرین+ خیار تلخ ، 2000 میلیگرم پودر خشک میوه خیار تلخ (در کپسولهای 500 میلیگرم) را به مدت هشت هفته (دوبار در روز قبل از صبحانه و شام) مصرف نمودند. دو روز قبل و بعد از اجرای پروتکل، در حالت ناشتا نمونه گیری از خون انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان GLP-1 و GIP در همه گروههای تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنیداری داشت (05/0 p≤)، همچنین میزان GLP-1 گروه تمرین-خیار تلخ نسبت به گروه خیار تلخ و GIP گروه تمرین-خیار تلخ نسبت به گروه خیار تلخ و تمرین افزایش معنیداری داشت (05/0 p≤). از دیگر نتایج، افزایش معنیدار در میزان GLP-1و GIP همه گروههای تجربی نسبت به پیش آزمون بود (05/0 p≤).
نتیجهگیری: در مجموع میتوان گفت تمرین و خیار تلخ و ترکیب این دو، باعث بهبود عوامل موثر بر کنترل گلیسیمیک در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 میشود.

اثر مکمل یاری کوتاه مدت دو دوز مختلف تورین بر پاسخ برخی شاخص های آنتی اکسیدانی بزاقی مردان جوان پس از فعالیت هوازی وامانده ساز
هدف: تورین یک مکمل آنتی اکسیدانی است. بنابراین هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر اثر مکمل یاری کوتاه مدت دو دوز مختلف مکمل تورین بر پاسخ برخی شاخص های آنتی اکسیدانی بزاقی مردان جوان پس از یک فعالیت هوازی وامانده ساز می باشد. روش کار: هشت مرد سالم غیر ورزشکار (با میانگین و انحراف معیار سن 7/1 ± 6/21 سال و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی 62/2 ± 62/46 میلی لیتر/کیلوگرم / دقیقه) به صورت تصادفی در دو دسته (6 گرم در مقابل 3 گرم) طی دو دوره 7 روزه مکمل تورین را بصورت طرح متقاطع، تصادفی و دو سوکور مصرف نمودند. نمونه گیری بزاقی در سه مرحله قبل و بعد از دورة مصرف مکمل و همچنین بلافاصله پس از جلسه فعالیت هوازی وامانده ساز صورت گرفت. آزمودنی ها در فعالیت هوازی وامانده ساز روی چرخ کارسنج با سرعت 60 دور در دقیقه و شدت 20 وات رکاب زدن را آغاز کردند و در هر دقیقه 20 وات به شدت کار افزوده شد تا جاییکه آزمودنی به واماندگی رسیدند. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، میزان فعالیت آنزیم SOD، پس از مکملیاری و پس از فعالیت در مقایسه با پیش از مکملیاری در هر دو دوز، افزایش معنی داری داشت (05/0p <). میزان فعالیت آنزیم POX و DPPH، اگرچه با مکمل یاری و فعالیت افزایش نشان داد اما بین دو دوز مکمل یاری تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان گفت که احتمالاً مصرف کوتاه مدت مکمل تورین با افزایش ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی، تأثیرات منفی حاصل از افزایش رادیکالهای آزاد در نتیجه انجام فعالیتهای ورزشی هوازی شدید را کاهش میدهد.

تاثیر تمرین مقاومتی با باندهای کشی بر میزان بیان mir-217 و نیمرخ لپیدی زنان سالمند چاق یائسه
هدف: تغییرات نامطلوبی که در ترکیب بدن و لیپوپروتئین ها پس از یائسگی رخ می دهد ناشی از سطح استروژن است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی با باندهای کشی بر میزان بیانmir-217 و نیم رخ لپیدی زنان سالمند چاق یائسه بود. روش شناسی: در این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده (RCT) یک سو کور، 24 زن سالمند چاق (سن 68/3±13/64 سال، میزان چربی56/2±2/44 درصد، شاخص توده بدنی 65/3±1/32 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) به دو گروه کنترل (10 نفر) و تمرین (14 نفر) تقیسم شدند. گروه تمرین به مدت 12 هفته و سه جلسه در هفته تمرینات مقاومتی با باندهای کشی را برای همهی گروههای عضلانی اصلی انجام دادند. 48 ساعت پیش و پس از 12 هفته مداخله، آزمایش دگزا و نمونه گیری از خون انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج مقایسههای بین گروهی نشان دهندهی کاهش معنیدار در بیان mir-217 و سطوح LDL و افزایش معنادار در HDL در گروه تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل بود (05/0 p≤)؛ در حالی که تفاوت معنادار در وزن بدن، شاخص توده بدنی، درصد چربی، کلسترول تام و CRP مشاهده نشد (05/0P≥). نتیجهگیری: به نظر می رسد 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی با کش الاستیک سبب تعدیل و کاهش بیان mir-217 سرم خون زنان سالمند چاق می شود که این تغییرات با کاهش سطوح LDL و افزایش سطوح HDL همراه بود.اگرچه نتایج شاخص توده بدنی، درصد چربی، کلسترول تام و CRP تغییرات معناداری را نشان ندادند که احتمالاً می تواند ناشی از نوع و شدت تمرینات انجام شده باشد که نیاز به بررسی های بیشتر در این زمینه دارد.
