تأثیر چهار هفته سنگ‌نوردی با محدودیت جریان خون بر عملکرد ورزشی و برخی از شاخص‌های آسیب عضلانی سنگ‌نوردان نخبه

چکیده

هدف: تمرینات­ورزشی با­ محدودیت ­جریان ­خون شیوه جدید تمرینی است که در دو دهه اخیر توسعه یافته است و برای بهبود عملکرد ورزشکاران مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین تأثیر چهار هفته سنگ‌نوردی با و بدون محدودیت جریان ­خون بر عملکرد ورزشی و برخی شاخص‌های آسیب عضلانی در سنگ نوردان نخبه می باشد.
روش‌شناسی: بدین منظور در یک طرح تحقیقی نیمه تجربی 12­زن و 12­مرد سنگ‌نورد با سابقه حداقل 4 سال و دامنه ­سنی 23 تا 27 سال و درصد­چربی 10 تا 20 درصد بصورت هدفمند از بین سنگ­نوردان ­نخبه انتخاب شده و به صورت تخصیص تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه تمرین با محدودیت جریان خون (BFR) و تمرین بدون محدودیت جریان­ خون (NBFR) قرار ­گرفتند. پروتکل تمرین سه­ جلسه در­ هفته به مدت 4 هفته با شدت 60 الی 80 درصد درجه سختی مسیر انجام شد. نمونه ­خونی در حالت ­پایه و پس از دوره 4 هفته‌ای تمرین و متعاقب یک جلسه تمرین رقابتی صخره نوردی جهت تعیین میزان لاکتات ­دهیدروژناز، کراتین­ کیناز، لاکتات ­خون گرفته شد. همچنین، قدرت پنجه دست، توان بی هوازی انفجاری، درصد چربی و قدرت بالاتنه در حرکت اداکشن و درجه سختی صعود اندازه‌گیری شد. برای آنالیز داده­ها از آزمون ‌تی مستقل برای مقایسه میانگین­ها در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 α ≤ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد شاخص آسیب عضلانی LDH، CK در پاسخ به تمرین سنگ­نوردی با و بدون محدودیت جریان­خون بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی­داری نشان نداد. اما میزان لاکتات خون در گروه BFR  نسبت به گروه NBFR  پایین تر بود. در عملکرد ورزشی در شاخص های قدرت پنجه دست، قدرت اداکشن دست، درصد چربی و توان انفجاری پایین تنه تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. هر چند در سختی صعود این تفاوت معنی دار بوده و در گروه BFR عملکرد بهتری گزارش شد (05/0< P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش سنگ‌نوردی با BFR  نسبت به NBFR  باعث افزایش آسیب­ عضلانی نمی‌شود. اما ممکن است روی عملکرد تاثیر بهتری داشته باشد..

چکیده [English]

Aim: : Exercise training with blood flow restriction (BFR)is a modern method of training that has been developed in two recent decades and has been used for improvement of performance. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the effect of 4 weeks rock climbing with blood flow restriction on athletic performance and some muscle damage indictors  in elite rock climbers.
Method: : In a semi experimental research method, 12 male and 12 female elite rock climbers with at least 4 years rock climbing experience and age range of 23 to 27 years and a fat percentage of 10 to 20 percent purposefully selected among the climbers, and allocated in two equal BFR and none-BFR groups. Both groups performed 4-week rock climbing training program consisting three sessions per week and each session was 90 minutes, severity of each session was 60 to 80% of climbing grades. Blood samples were obtained in baseline and after four weeks of climbing training to determine the amount of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and lactate. Also, hand grip, explosive anaerobic power, body fat percent, adduction strength in upper body and degree of climbing was measured. For data analysis, independent T test was used at α ≤ 0.05.
Results: After 4 weeks of climbing with and without limitation of blood flow, the index of muscular damage of LDH, CK did not show significant difference in response to climbing exercise. But lactate level was lower in BFR rather than NBFR. There are not any difference in Hand Crip strength, explosive anaerobic power, body fat percent, adduction strength in upper body between BFR and NBFR groups. But in degree of climbing, the result showed the better performance in BFR than NBFR (P <0.05).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, rock climbing training with or without BFR, do not increase muscular damage. and it could influence on performance.
