چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر مصرف ترکیبی کافئین و کربوهیدرات بر عملکرد بی‌هوازی و قدرت عضلانی ووشوکاران زن بود.
روش پژوهش: 7 زن ووشوکار با میانگین سنی 11/6 ± 00/22 سال، وزن 87/4 ± 96/52 کیلوگرم و قد 28/5 ± 29/161 سانتی‌متر در 4 نوبت با فاصلۀ یک هفته پاکسازی، پس از مصرف تصادفی یکی از مکمل‌های کافئین (به میزان 6 میلی‌گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن در 250 میلی‌لیتر آب)، کربوهیدرات 8% (گرم کربوهیدرات در 250 میلی‌لیتر آب)، کافئین+کربوهیدرات و دارونما در آزمون‌های یک تکرار بیشینه (1RM) پرس سینه و پرس پا و بعد از 15 دقیقه استراحت در آزمون رست شرکت نمودند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و بونفرونی در نرم‌افزار 26SPSS و سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 = α مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: کافئین به‌تنهایی اثری بر متغیرهای پژوهش نداشت (05/0 ≤ P). مصرف کربوهیدرات 1RM پرس سینه را 7%⁓ (010/0 = P) و پرس پا را 16%⁓ (033/0 = P) بهبود بخشید. مصرف ترکیبی کافئین+کربوهیدرات میانگین توان بی‌هوازی را 15%⁓ (027/0 = P)، 1RM پرس پا را 39%⁓ (020/0 = P) و 1RM پرس سینه را 26%⁓ (005/0 = P) افزایش داد.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می‌رسد برای افزایش قدرت، کربوهیدرات اثر بهتری نسبت به کافئین دارد، اما ترکیب آن با کافئین احتمالاً به‌دلیل اثر بر سیستم عصبی مرکزی و تشدید اثر کربوهیدرات علاوه بر بهبود بیشتر قدرت عضلانی، میانگین توان بی‌هوازی زنان ووشوکار را نیز تغییر خواهد داد.

چکیده [English]

Background: This study aimed to investigate the effect of caffeine and carbohydrate co-ingestion on anaerobic performance and muscular strength of female wushu athletes.
Methods: 7 female wushu athletes with 22.00 ± 6.11 years of age, 52.96 ± 4.87 kg weight and 161.29 ± 5.28 cm height participated in 1RM leg and bench press and RAST tests on 4 occasions separated by 1-week washout after accidental consumption of caffeine (6 mg/kg in 250 mL water), 8% carbohydrate (21 g in 250 mL water), caffeine+carbohydrate and placebo. Data were analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA and Bonferroni tests in SPSS26, α = 0.05).
Results: caffeine alone did not affect variables (P ≥ 0.05). Carbohydrate consumption increased 1RM bench press ⁓7% (P = 0.010) and 1RM leg press ⁓16% (P = 0.033). co-ingestion of carbohydrate and caffeine improved mean power ⁓15% (P = 0.027), 1RM bench press ⁓26% (P = 0.005) and leg press ⁓39% (P = 0.027).
Conclusion: it seems, that carbohydrate has more effect on strength than caffeine, but combined with caffeine it may improve mean power besides the muscular strength in female wushu athletes due to effects on the central nervous system and increasing carbohydrate effect.
