چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر تمرین مقاومتی تناوبی با شدت‌های مختلف بر سطوح اینترلوکین -6 (IL-6)، فاکتور نکروز دهنده تومور آلفا (TNF-α) و نوروگلین-4 (NRG-4) در مردان چاق بود.

روش‌: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی، 44 نفر از مردان چاق 30-20 ساله شهر تبریز انتخاب و به 4 گروه کنترل، تمرین مقاومتی تناوبی با شدت پایین، شدت متوسط و شدت بالا تقسیم شدند. در ادامه آزمودنی‌های گروه تمرین مقاومتی، برنامه تمرین خود را به مدت 12 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته با 3 شدت متفاوت (40% 1RM با 20 تکرار، 60% 1RM با 12 تکرار و 80% 1RM با 10 تکرار) انجام دادند. 48 ساعت قبل از اولین جلسه تمرینی و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین مقاومتی، ویژگی‌های فردی آزمودنی‌ها و مقادیر سرمی IL-6 ، TNF-α و NRG-4 با استفاده از روش الایزا اندازه‌گیری شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی تناوبی موجب کاهش سطوح IL-6 (01/0=P) در گروه تمرین با شدت بالا و افزایش سطوح NRG-4 (001/0=P) بعد از تمرین مقاومتی تناوبی با هر سه شدت در مردان چاق شد، اما اثر معناداری بر سطوح TNF-α (05/0=P) نداشت.کاهش IL-6 و افزایش سطوح نوروگلین-4 در گروه‌ تمرین مقاومتی تناوبی با شدت بالا نسبت به گروه‌های دیگر بیشتر بود ( به ترتیب 02/0=P و001/0=P ).

نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد، تمرینات مقاومتی تناوبی با شدت‌های مختلف می‌تواند باعث بهبود شاخص‌های التهابی و نوروگلین-4 در افراد چاق شود؛ که این بهبود در تمرین مقاومتی با شدت‌ بالا نمایان‌تر بود.

The Effect of Interval Resistance Training with different intensity on Interleukin-6, Tumor Necrosis Factor –α and NRG-4 in Obese Men

Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Interval resistance training with different intensities on the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and neuroglin-4 (NRG-4) in obese men.

Methods: In this semi- experimental research, 44 obese men aged 20-30 years old in Tabriz city were selected and divided into 4 control groups, low intensity Interval resistance training with low intensity, medium intensity and high intensity. In the continuation, the subjects of the resistance training group performed their training program for 12 weeks, three sessions a week with 3 different intensities (40% 1RM with 20 repetitions, 60% 1RM with 12 repetitions and 80% 1RM with 20 repetitions) and 48 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last resistance training session, the subjects' personal characteristics and serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α and NRG-4 were measured by ELISA.

Results: The research findings showed that 12 weeks Interval resistance training decreased serum levels of IL-6 in group with high intensity (P=0.01) and increased serum levels of NRG-4 in exercise groups with different intensities(P=0.001) in obese men, but it had no significant effect on TNF-α levels (P=0.05). The dcrease in IL-6 and increase in neuroglin-4 levels in the high intensity Interval resistance training group (P=0.02) was the most compared to other groups (P=0.02 and P=0.001; respectively).

Conclusion: It seems that Interval resistance training with different intensities can improve inflammatory indices and neuroglin-4 in obese people, and this improvement was more prominent in high-intensity resistance training.
